By booking an appointment, attending a consultation, receiving treatment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Terms & conditions

1) Appointments and bookings

  • All appointments are subject to availability and clinical suitability.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including relevant medical history, medications, supplements, allergies, and previous aesthetic treatments.
  • We reserve the right to decline, postpone, or stop a treatment if, in our clinical judgement, it is unsafe, unsuitable, or not in your best interests.

2) Consultations (in-person and online)

  • All consultations are standalone appointments and are charged at £50, whether in-person or online.
  • Consultation fees cover assessment, discussion of concerns and goals, suitability checks, treatment planning, and time reserved for your appointment.
  • Consultation fees are payable in advance to secure your appointment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable.
  • If you proceed with treatment, the consultation fee may be credited against the treatment fee as set out below.
In-person consultation (£50)
  • If you proceed with a treatment during the same appointment as your in-person consultation, the £50 consultation fee is credited against the cost of that treatment.
Online consultation (£50)
  • If you book and complete a treatment within two months of the date of your online consultation, the £50 consultation fee is credited against the cost of that treatment.
  • If no treatment is booked and completed within two months, the consultation fee remains payable and is not credited.

3) Pricing

  • Prices may change at any time. Please confirm current pricing at the time of booking.
  • Where a promotional price/offer is stated, it applies only for the period and conditions described for that promotion.
  • For dermal filler treatments, the listed price covers the expected volume for that treatment plan. If additional filler is clinically appropriate and agreed during the appointment, each extra 1ml is charged at £40.

4) Deposits and payment terms

  • A £65 deposit is required to secure a treatment appointment and is deducted from the final treatment total.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is due by the end of your appointment (including consultation fees and any treatment fees).
  • In exceptional circumstances only, we may agree to accept payment after the appointment. Any such arrangement is limited to a maximum of 48 hours from the end of the appointment.
  • If any balance remains unpaid 48 hours after the end of the appointment, future appointments may be offered only on a full prepayment basis, and we may decline to confirm further bookings until the outstanding balance is settled.
  • If fees remain unpaid, we may take reasonable steps to recover the amount due, which may include instructing a debt recovery service and/or commencing court proceedings. Where applicable, we may also seek to recover any reasonable costs and interest permitted by law.

5) Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • More than 48 hours before your appointment: you may request a full refund of your deposit.
  • 24 to 48 hours before your appointment: your deposit can be transferred to a new booking if you rebook and attend within one month; otherwise the deposit is forfeited.
  • Less than 24 hours before your appointment: the deposit is non-refundable.
  • No-shows (failure to attend without notice): the deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit may be required to secure any future booking.

6) Refunds and treatment corrections

  • Refund requests are considered case by case.
  • Any refund (full or partial) is at the discretion of Dr Alluris Aesthetics Ltd, taking into account the circumstances and costs already incurred (including reserved clinic time and any consumables opened/ordered where applicable).
  • If there is an issue that, in our clinical judgement, is due to our treatment, we will arrange an appropriate review and corrective plan at no additional charge.
  • If you change your mind after treatment and request additional volume, further enhancement, or a different aesthetic outcome that is not required to correct a treatment-related issue, this will be treated as a new treatment session and charged at the usual rates (including any required consultation and/or deposit rules).

7) Health, safety, and aftercare

  • Your safety is our highest priority.
  • We maintain strict standards of hygiene and infection control.
  • Aftercare guidance will be provided; you agree to follow aftercare instructions to minimise risk and optimise results.

8) Changes to these terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date will show when changes were made.

Discounts & Offers Dr Alluris Aesthetics

General rules (apply to all offers)

  • All discounts/offers are subject to availability and clinical suitability.
  • Discounts may be combined (“stacked”) up to a maximum total discount of 20% on any single purchase/appointment (even if multiple offers apply).
  • Where a package already includes an in-built discount, any additional offer can only “top up” the total discount to the 20% cap (not beyond).
  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, discounts apply to treatment fees only and do not apply to consultation fees.
  • Offers and promotions must be claimed at checkout. Please mention the relevant offer to us (or our assistant) at the time of payment/checkout so it can be applied.
  • Discounts/offers (including referral discounts) apply only when there are no overdue balances on your account. If any invoice remains unpaid 48 hours after the end of an appointment, any unredeemed discount entitlement may be withdrawn and standard pricing will apply unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • We reserve the right to amend, withdraw, refuse, or vary any offer at any time, and to apply additional terms/eligibility criteria where appropriate.

Deposit rule (to secure an offer)

  • A £65 deposit is required to secure an appointment and is deducted from the treatment total.
  • During a promotional period, paying the deposit within the promotional dates is sufficient to secure the promotional discount for that booking (the remaining balance can be paid on the day, unless stated otherwise).
  • Exception: some limited-time promotions may require full payment (or completion of purchase online) during the promotional window to qualify; where this applies, it will be stated in the promotion’s specific terms at the time of booking/purchase.

Anniversary week offer (9–15 January)

  • From 9–15 January, there is 10% off everything purchased during the offer week (treatments, bundles, and packages).
  • This 10% may be stacked with other offers up to a maximum total discount of 20%.

Multi-session package rule (Neurotoxins / Polynucleotides / Fat dissolvers)

  • 3-session induction packages include 10% off.
  • 6-session packages include 15% off.
  • During a promotional period (e.g., anniversary week), the package discount can be increased by additional offers up to a maximum total discount of 20%.

Referral offer (standing offer)

  • If you refer someone and they book a treatment, you both receive 10% off your next appointment.
  • This 10% may be stacked with other offers up to a maximum total discount of 20%.

Gemstone gift voucher perk (standing offer)

  • “Gemstone” gift vouchers can be purchased for someone else or for yourself.
  • When you purchase any Gemstone gift voucher, you receive 10% off your next appointment.
  • If you buy a Gemstone gift voucher for yourself, you can still receive the 10% off on your next appointment, but this self-purchase discount can be used once per calendar year.
  • This 10% may be stacked with other offers up to a maximum total discount of 20%.

Newsletter subscription offer

  • Receive 5% off when you subscribe to our newsletter.
  • This 5% may be stacked with other offers up to a maximum total discount of 20%.
