# Terms of Service

By booking an appointment, attending a consultation, receiving treatment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
## Terms & conditions
## 1) Appointments and bookings
- All appointments are subject to availability and clinical suitability.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including relevant medical history, medications, supplements, allergies, and previous aesthetic treatments.
- We reserve the right to decline, postpone, or stop a treatment if, in our clinical judgement, it is unsafe, unsuitable, or not in your best interests.
## 2) Consultations (in-person and online)
- All consultations are standalone appointments and are charged at £80, whether in-person or online.
- Consultation fees cover assessment, discussion of concerns and goals, suitability checks, treatment planning, and time reserved for your appointment.
- Consultation fees are payable in advance to secure your appointment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable.
- If you proceed with treatment, the consultation fee may be credited against the treatment fee as set out below.
**In-person consultation (£80)**
- If you proceed with a treatment during the same appointment as your in-person consultation, the £80 consultation fee is credited against the cost of that treatment.
**Online consultation (£80)**
- If you book and complete a treatment within two months of the date of your online consultation, the £80 consultation fee is credited against the cost of that treatment.
- If no treatment is booked and completed within two months, the consultation fee remains payable and is not credited.
**Thread lift consultation (£80, in person only)**
- Thread lifts always need an in-person consultation first. Its fee is not credited against the thread lift (see section 8).
## 3) Pricing
- Prices may change at any time. Please confirm current pricing at the time of booking.
- Where a promotional price/offer is stated, it applies only for the period and conditions described for that promotion.
- For dermal filler treatments, the listed price covers the expected volume for that treatment plan. If additional filler is clinically appropriate and agreed during the appointment, each extra 1ml is charged at £50-90 depending on brand.
## 4) Deposits and payment terms
- **A deposit is required to secure a treatment appointment and is deducted from the final treatment total. It is £65 for most treatments**; the deposit for your treatment is shown when you book. **Thread lifts have their own deposit (see section 8).**
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is due by the end of your appointment (including consultation fees and any treatment fees).
- In exceptional circumstances only, we may agree to accept payment after the appointment. Any such arrangement is limited to a maximum of 48 hours from the end of the appointment.
- If any balance remains unpaid 48 hours after the end of the appointment, future appointments may be offered only on a full prepayment basis, and we may decline to confirm further bookings until the outstanding balance is settled.
- If fees remain unpaid, we may take reasonable steps to recover the amount due, which may include instructing a debt recovery service and/or commencing court proceedings. Where applicable, we may also seek to recover any reasonable costs and interest permitted by law.
- **Payment prior to commencement of treatment:** Following your consultation and once the treatment plan for the appointment has been agreed, Dr Alluris Aesthetics Ltd reserves the right to require payment of the outstanding balance in full prior to commencement of any treatment. For the avoidance of doubt, “commencement of treatment” means before any product is prepared or opened and before any injections or other procedures are undertaken. Where payment is requested and is not received, Dr Alluris Aesthetics Ltd reserves the right not to proceed with treatment and to reschedule the appointment.
- **Card on file (authorisation where provided):** Where you have provided card details and have expressly authorised us to store them for future payments (a “card on file”), you authorise Dr Alluris Aesthetics Ltd to charge that card for any sums properly due under these Terms for services provided, which remain unpaid after the applicable payment timeframe (including, where applicable, the 48-hour post-appointment period). Any such charge will be applied to the outstanding balance on your account. You may withdraw this authorisation at any time by contacting us in writing; however, withdrawal of authorisation does not affect any amounts already due and payable.
## 5) Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. **Thread lifts have their own terms (see section 8).**
- **More than 48 hours before your appointment**: you may request a full refund of your deposit.
- **24 to 48 hours before your appointment**: your deposit can be transferred to a new booking if you rebook and attend within one month; otherwise the deposit is forfeited.
- **Less than 24 hours before your appointment**: the deposit is non-refundable.
- **No-shows (failure to attend without notice)**: the deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit may be required to secure any future booking.
## 6) Refunds and treatment corrections
- Refund requests are considered case by case.
- Any refund (full or partial) is at the discretion of Dr Alluris Aesthetics Ltd, taking into account the circumstances and costs already incurred (including reserved clinic time and any consumables opened/ordered where applicable).
- If there is an issue that, in our clinical judgement, is due to our treatment, we will arrange an appropriate review and corrective plan at no additional charge.
- If you change your mind after treatment and request additional volume, further enhancement, or a different aesthetic outcome that is not required to correct a treatment-related issue, this will be treated as a new treatment session and charged at the usual rates (including any required consultation and/or deposit rules).
## 7) Health, safety, and aftercare
- Your safety is our highest priority.
- We maintain strict standards of hygiene and infection control.
- Aftercare guidance will be provided; you agree to follow aftercare instructions to minimise risk and optimise results.
## 8) Thread lifts
Thread lifts are a minor surgical procedure. They are offered only after an in-person consultation with Dr Alluris.
**Time to decide**
- We encourage you to take time after your consultation to consider the information, risks and alternatives discussed before you book. Dr Adam sw\`qwill advise you on this at your consultation.
**Deposit**
- To book a thread lift, a deposit of 20% of the procedure price is required, paid by the secure link we send you. It is deducted from the treatment total.
- The remaining balance is due before the procedure begins (see section 4).
**Cancelling or rescheduling**
Your appointment reserves a clinic room that is paid for in advance and cannot be refunded to us within 48 hours of it. So:
- More than 48 hours before your appointment: your deposit is refunded in full.
- 24 to 48 hours before your appointment: your deposit is refunded less £100, which covers the reserved clinic room and card fees. If you prefer, the rest can be moved to a new date within one month.
- Less than 24 hours before your appointment, or if you do not attend: the deposit is non-refundable.
- These terms apply whatever the reason for cancelling, including illness. If you are unwell, please tell us as soon as you can.
**If we cancel**
- If we cancel or postpone your appointment, or if on the day Dr Alluris finds the procedure unsuitable for you, your deposit is refunded in full or moved to a new date, as you prefer.
- If the procedure cannot go ahead because information was not shared at your consultation, or pre-treatment instructions were not followed, the 24 to 48 hour terms above apply.
**Your right to cancel**
- Where you pay your deposit online or by link, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of paying, as set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you cancel within that time and before your procedure, your deposit is refunded in full.
**Aftercare, review and revisions**
- Written aftercare is provided, and a review appointment about two weeks after your procedure is included. Please follow the aftercare to protect your result.
- If, in our clinical judgement, a thread needs adjusting or removing because of the procedure, we will do this at no additional charge. A request for further lifting or a different result is treated as a new treatment (see section 6).
## 9) Changes to these terms
- We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date will show when changes were made.
## Discounts & Offers Dr Alluris Aesthetics
## General rules (apply to all offers)
- All discounts/offers are subject to availability and clinical suitability.
- The maximum total saving on any single purchase/appointment is 10%, and never more than £100. This applies to a single offer and to offers combined (“stacked”), and it includes any saving already built into a bundle or package.
- Where a bundle or package already includes a saving, any additional offer can only “top up” the total saving to that limit (not beyond). Where the built-in saving is already 10% or £100 or more, no further offer applies to it.
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise, discounts apply to treatment fees only and do not apply to consultation fees.
- Offers and promotions must be claimed at checkout. Please mention the relevant offer to us (or our assistant) at the time of payment/checkout so it can be applied.
- Discounts/offers (including referral discounts) apply only when there are no overdue balances on your account. If any invoice remains unpaid 48 hours after the end of an appointment, any unredeemed discount entitlement may be withdrawn and standard pricing will apply unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- We reserve the right to amend, withdraw, refuse, or vary any offer at any time, and to apply additional terms/eligibility criteria where appropriate.
## Deposit rule (to secure an offer)
- A deposit is required to secure an appointment and is deducted from the treatment total: £65 for most treatments, 20% of the price for thread lifts. The deposit for your treatment is shown when you book.
- During a promotional period, paying the deposit within the promotional dates is sufficient to secure the promotional discount for that booking (the remaining balance can be paid on the day, unless stated otherwise).
- Exception: some limited-time promotions may require full payment (or completion of purchase online) during the promotional window to qualify; where this applies, it will be stated in the promotion’s specific terms at the time of booking/purchase.
## Multi-session packages (selected treatments)
- Selected treatments can be booked as packages of several sessions. The packages available, and how long each one lasts, are shown on the booking page.
- 3-session packages include 5% off (the same for the PLLA 2-session package).
- 6-session packages include 8% off.
- Each package’s sessions must be used within the time shown when you buy it.
- Other offers can top up a package’s in-built saving up to the limit in the general rules (10%, and never more than £100).
## Referral offer (standing offer)
- If you refer someone and they book a treatment, you both receive 10% off your next appointment (up to £100).
## Gemstone gift voucher perk (standing offer)
- “Gemstone” gift vouchers can only be purchased as a gift for someone else, not for your own use.
- When you purchase any Gemstone gift voucher, you receive 10% off your next appointment (up to £100).
## Newsletter offer
- Receive 5% off your first appointment after you subscribe to our newsletter.
- This 5% may be stacked with other offers up to the limit in the general rules (10%, and never more than £100).
## Client feedback survey offer
- Receive 3% off when you complete our feedback survey: [https://forms.gle/wgv2DFoaPDZ4XFC6A](https://forms.gle/wgv2DFoaPDZ4XFC6A)
- This 3% may be stacked with other offers up to the limit in the general rules (10%, and never more than £100).
## Client Birthday offer
- Register your date of birth with us and enjoy 5% off treatments/packages you purchase from 3 days before to 3 days after your birthday (7 days in total).
## Personal offers
- From time to time we may email you a personal offer, for example to welcome you back if we have not seen you for a while. These follow the general rules above.
