## Your questions
How many sessions will I need?
Most courses are two to five sessions, spaced several weeks apart so your body has time to respond.
Is it a weight loss treatment?
No. It is for small pockets that do not shift with diet and exercise, once your weight is stable.
What is recovery like?
Swelling and tenderness for several days are normal, especially under the chin. Avoid strenuous exercise for 48 to 72 hours, and heat such as saunas for a few days.
How long does a session take?
About 45 minutes, depending on the area.
